Détour respects your data rights. When you request account deletion, your profile, photos, video Vibes, match requests, and chat logs are immediately hidden from other users and permanently purged from active systems within 30 days.
How to Request Account Deletion
You can delete your Détour account using either of the two self-serve methods below:
Delete Directly Inside the Détour App
- Open the Détour mobile app on your iOS or Android device.
- Tap your profile icon in the navigation bar to open Profile.
- Tap the gear icon in the upper corner to open Settings.
- Select Account & Security → Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion. Your account will be locked and hidden immediately.
Delete via Email Request
If you no longer have access to the Détour mobile app, send an email to our support team from the email address registered to your account:
