Child Safety Standards for Détour
Détour has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, or any attempt to exploit or endanger children.
Détour is intended for adults only. Users must meet the minimum age required by our Terms and applicable laws to use the app.
Our safety standards include
1. Prohibited content and behavior
We prohibit any content, profile, message, media, request, or activity that depicts, promotes, solicits, distributes, or attempts to facilitate CSAE or CSAM. We also prohibit grooming, sextortion, sexual solicitation involving minors, trafficking, or attempts to move users to unsafe off-platform communication for exploitation.
2. Reporting and moderation
Users can report safety concerns in the app. We review reports and may remove content, restrict accounts, suspend users, or permanently ban accounts that violate our child safety standards.
3. Law enforcement and authority reporting
When we become aware of apparent CSAM or child exploitation, we take appropriate action, which may include preserving relevant information and reporting to regional, national, or international authorities as required by law.
4. Account and content enforcement
We may remove content, disable accounts, block users, investigate suspicious activity, and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities to help protect users and prevent harm.
